my workout scedule:
leg extentions 5 sets squats 4 sets leg press 6 sets
i increase on weight every set. i leg press 720 lbs thats 8 45's on each side.for my last set.
my calorie intake is low. but i just bought alot of weight gainer. i consume 200 grams of protien while on pro complex 55 grams of protien per serving.
tuesday: traps and shoulders, military 4 sets rear laterals db's 4 sets side laterals 4 sets shrugs. 100 lbs shrug last set.i'm strong as an ox but don't gain weight.
wesnday: lay curls 10 sets he doesn't have standing leg curl machine.last set with 160 lbs.
i can max out almost all the machines with strenght.or real close to it.
thursady back already told you what i do. i do one muscle group a day and beat it up.
friday triceps 5 set v push downs 5 sets skull crushers
sat: biceps 5 sets atanding 5 sets preacher curls
all these exercises and reps done very slow a methodically to get the max burn out.
you obviously are bigger then me and have more expiercene or you would be suck a dick head and insult my work out ethics.well i believe protien by iy self is useless need lots and lots of calories do you agree with this statement. so i have an idea of what i'm doing wrong.
and please write down the supplements that you take everyday.and any and all advice to can spare.
