Actually, if you think about it, his claims are pretty narrow. The invention is simultaneous transdermal administration of testosterone and an aromatase inhibitor. But his claim is limited to vit. E. So the only way to infringe his claim is by adding vit. E to a testosterone cream.


It would be interesting to look at the prosecution history. He may have had to settle for T + Vit. E because topical application of an aromatase inhibitor is already known.
