If that were so, there would never be a need for fludrocortisone in cases of Addison's. Salt loading simply masks the true issue of mineralcorticoid deficiency. I suspect many of my health problems had some connection to my T deficiency. Orthostatic hypotension is no longer a problem with adequate levels of T.
