Yes mine got so small that I needed to tie a string around it I had to use a magnifying glass put pepper on it and when it sneezed I grabed it with the tweezers and tied the string on it. So when I pee I could get it out so I would not wet myself.
Going on
TRT and keeping my E2 down it hangs low man low. It will never get small and stay that way.
