The T3 is mainly there to give an anabolic edge, not to increase the amount of calories burned although it will help with that as well.

I do not plan on gaining anything when it comes to muscle and/or strength. I plan on keeping as much strength as posible while reducing BF quite a bit.

Big Bench: Yeah, Iīve been thinking about if I really should cycle the T3 down. It has more to do with my diet then anything at this moment. I will increase the amount of calories I eat slowly as I decrease the amount of T3, this should give a nice and smooth turnover going from an extrem diet to eating more normal.

Itīs about a dungeon for a gym with rusty weights, water dripping from the roof and big motherfuckers in there screaming "You foocking pussy!" when youīre only squating 600lbs. Itīs about ammonia, chalk and skin on the hands that tear from the massive poundage that youīre deadlifting.
