Default My Sesathin log

I started to log my weight on my Fitday on 2-1-6. I started the Sesathin the same day. I was 247 lbs--after a four day traveling holiday with lots of restaurant meals. Some body measurements from around the middle of January were: 41 " waiste, 50 " chest, 17.25 bicept, 26" thigh. I have kept an excel spreadsheet for over two years.

I take the Sesathin three times per day @ quarter teaspoon per dose. The flavor is a pleasant sesame oil.

I spent six weeks from the begining the year doing mostly circuit training and yoga to increase CV fitness. Two weeks ago I switched back to sets and reps for a three day split: Mon: back and bi's" Wednesday: legs, abs, and shoulders Friday: chest and tris. I generally lift for 60 to 75 minutes per session. Thursday night and Saturday morning I do 1-1.5 hr yoga classes. I'm just getting back into walking 30-60 minutes in the early am in the foothills close to my house. For the past three months I did no aerobics as I was in physical therapy to repair a sprain in the right MCL.

My diet is pretty simple. I stay with the same foods for long stretches.

Breakfast: 1.5 cup of steele cut oats and two scoops of whey protein.

AM snack: 2 scoops of Muscle Milk

Lunch: Veggies and lean protein OR 1.5 cup oats with two scoops of whey.

Afternoon snack: 2 scoops of whey

Dinner: Veggies and lean protein

Late snack: a few tablespoons peanut or almond butter.

Friday night is pizza night. Omlettes Sat and Sun AM. These are my cheats.

I'm down 9 pounds since I started. Nice to feel my strength coming back with the split routine.

I just got a new Ironman Tanita so I will probably toss in some new data points as I go.

As per the Sesathin, my libido is good. My bf% is too high and it's too soon to assess the composition effects. Feel free to post feedback and suggestions. Pat
