I'm guessing you've never done a search for a study then... there are literally dozens of studies showing that
ketotifen is effective at preventing tachyphylaxis of (tolerance to) beta agonists. Not to be a punk, but you if you're not sure, you should just say so. You make it sound like you've looked and haven't found any studies and so it's hype in your opinion. Anyone who looks will find studies in a few seconds on pubmed.
