Of course a blood test is just a snapshot in time but it appears that the math adds up. You Albumin is too high which is causing more of your Testosterone to be bound to it which in turn drives down your FT. This in turn will drive down your SHBG as your body tries to drive up FT. Obviously your system is out of balance and the root of the problem seems to suggest that your Abumin is too high.
Now what to do about it I have no idea. I don’t know anything about Abumin production or why it would be out of balance. I would imagine someone here might have an idea though. |
Thanks for the reply, appreciate it. I fully agree that the math adds up. it would seem that there is too much Albumin. However it is only high normal, not out of the range, i would have though that it would have to be far higher to cause problems like this. However i have no record of what my albumin was like before all this started, maybe it was very low. Anyway, you know how most doctors are about ranges, my doctor said it cant possibly be Albumin, its in the range...... doctors suck sometimes.
Can anyone provide me with some info on the albumin production process and ways to lower it?
Thanks
