Hello All,
I'm starting a
Sust / Deca cycle today (500mg/400mg per wk). I was going to shoot the
sust twice a week (Mondays 250mg / Thursday 250mg ), but have never run
Deca before, so wanted advice on what's best to do.
I intended on shooting 400mg on Monday's, but can anyone advise me if it's worth doing 200mg on Monday's and Thursdays? As it's long acting, I guess taking it all on the Monday is the way forwards, but thought I'd check with you guys.
If taking all the
Deca in one shot is the best way, can I mix it in the same
syringe as the
sust?
