Arrow Re: Blood Levels from Test Injections

I have a post dealing with nandrolone pharmacokinetics which will help explain the differences and similarities observed with intramuscular injections. The link is below.

http://forum.mesomorphosis.com/showt...762#post476762

Also, the following articles are free and address intramuscular nandrolone kinetics.
http://jcem.endojournals.org/cgi/content/full/90/5/2624
http://jpet.aspetjournals.org/cgi/content/full/281/1/93

The following free article addresses differences in metabolism.
http://www.clinchem.org/cgi/content/full/50/2/355

I gave a mnemonic on the post - MADE - which puts into easy categories how a drug is handled by the body. M- Metabolism; A - Absorption; D - Distribution; E - Excretion. (The actual physiological order is ADME) In the case that you are citing the variable that would probably fluctuate the most is D - Distribution.

Peace

Mike
