How many DUI's do you have? I personally take too many chaces but fuck it, I don't drive smashed and am in better control than many drivers that are sober. I do feel like a total doosh though, which is the only reason I looked at this thread. My wife threw me a bigass birthday party at a lake house. When I saw where it was my first thought was that the cops there are very strict (putting it nicely). Sure enough they nabbed my uncle for DUI. I had a message on my cell at 3am from the cop wanting me to come pick up my aunt, who was puking on the sidewalk. My uncle, as smoked as he was, refused all tests so he should easily walk. Will probably cost 5 grand or so. Of course how drunk was he if he knew to refuse incriminating himself. I pleaded with him to nap for a while before he left but you guys know how that goes. These laws are getting a little out of hand. Everyone is affected differently and it doesnt take much to blow .08, that pisses me off. I know if I ever get pulled over after having my 3 or 4 beers with my wife and kids at the local steak hall, i'll refuse. Pure revenue generation, that's all. Save all the BS about drunks killing people, I know it happens and there are laws in place that address that directly.
