My suggestions are quite generic and nothing that reveals any revelations but I will put it out there anyway.
Even though you dont believe 'in diets and such' what you eat profoundly affects what your body looks like. I would suggest taking your calories down slightly (not a lot) from the amount you were eating to maintain. Get at least 120 grams of good protein a day and keep the simple carbs modest. eat 5 or 6 small meals a day and be consistant and diligent with your trianing.
You gotta keep on keepin' on. I have 2 kids and after both of them I had to get 'back in shape'
I never doubted that I would. Dont doubt yourself. You WILL get stronger and leaner if you do what it takes. Its impossible NOT to. You just have to keep your eye on the ball and not give up.
You can be in the best shape you have ever been in.
