If it is primary, then you will probably have to do some sort of HRT. But if it is secondary, then a good PCT style treatment might get you jump started again.

Don't live and die by the scale. It does not tell you anything about body composition. If you've gained 10lbs but everything still fits the same, then that's good! You've put on muscle, and muscle will help you burn fat better.

Get to a doc who is hip on the latest testosterone research. The last thing you need right now is a doc who puts you on viagra and anti depressants!
van-man, i'm not sure if it has anything to do with anything else but i have two daughters. If i was hypogonadal would I still be able to make babies? I used to climax in my then girlfriend (now wife) and we never got pregnant, I always thought it was her and my excessive pot consumption (obviously i don't shoot all blanks, i made two little beauties). I'm doing a bit of research and on this stuff now. Not sure where I could find a doctor that is more sensitive to these types of cases, I'm in Miami for the record. My primary doc is still the same guy who did the gyno surgery (it was not done as plastic surgery) but i've been considering changing for a few months now. This conversation though it has given me more questions, its also enlightened me some. Would a testicular hernia at a very young age have affects on all of this? What about drugs for ADHD? Thanks!
