Did you bother to read all of that or did you just post it? Let's compare the above quoted passage with what you originally stated:
"you know drugs like cocaine and weed are illegal but did you know in tennessee and kansas if you go to the department of revenue tell them what you have and how much and they will give you a tax stamp which you pay them for how much illegal drugs you have then you get your drug tax stamp which is a fuckin license to sell dope, and you cannot be busted for selling drugs as long as you have the tax stamp, tell me how fucked up that is"
It is NOT legal to sell drugs with the stamp. All that stamp does is exempt the dealer from having to deal income tax charges.
