I started my first cycle 8 weeks ago. I've been taking 500mg of
test cyp and 500mg of
EQ a week (twice a week shots). I haven't noticed too much so far. I've been eating about 3500-4000 calories a day and worlking out 5 days a week. I also do cardio 3 days a week hard for 30 minutes. My goal is to put on a lean 10-20 pounds. So far, I've only put on about 8.
With 4 weeks left, would it be beneficial to up the
test cyp to 750mg a week (3 shots a week) or even 1000mg a week?
