Re: Upping test cyp dose
So if I drop cardio all together (except hardcore volleyball 3 times a week), upp it to 750mg a week, add 2 more weeks to the cycle (which will give me 6 weeks at 750mg a week), and consume at least 500 calories a day should I reach that 20 pound goal?
