You must be talking about Halliburton and their infamous "no-bid" contract. Cheney is a former Halliburton exec so the democrats like to think that we went to war just so Cheney's and Bush's friends could get rich. It's all a bunch of bullshit. Cheney sold 100% of his stock before running for office. He does not get a penny from Halliburton contracts and will not lose a penny should Halliburton go bankrupt.

Bill Clinton gave Halliburton a no-bid contract in the Balkans and in Kosovo. In 1998, under Bill Clintons administration, military contracts awarded to Halliburton more than doubled!!!

Here is something you never hear in the media:
