maxrep is correct, you are missing something.
test cyp @500mg every 7-10days is fine. at the doses you have taken in eight weeks you should have made the gains you wanted. it sounds like you are overtraining. you should take a course in a and p. train,eat,rest repeat. if you are trying to bulk up cut out cardio alltogether, you need the extra fat for energy so your body dosn't use it's protein ( it will use it first when you stress your body i.e exersize ). good luck.
