What are your thoughts on alcohol? Is the general and current consensus still that moderate amounts are a mood elevator but large amounts act as a depressant? What’s your experience there. Any thoughts on SSRI and alcohol consumption? I recall alcohol alters dopamine by poorly understood mechanisms, at least the last time I checked.
