Default My Testosterone, Estradiol and DHT blood results

I recently underwent a routine blood test where they measure hematology and blood chemistry and I asked the doctor to request a testorone, estradiol and DHT test as well.

I also asked for SHBG, free testosterone, DHEA and all the rest of the hormones, but the doctor started freaking out, telling me I have to go to an endroconologist for that. In fact, the lab was supposed to test my thyroid, but they failed to do so. I'm still trying to find out where the communication broke down.

Anyway, here are the partial hormonal results. I plan to get more extensive tests done in the near future, but I'm not going through that doctor again.

Testosterone - 6.29 (1.75-7.81 ng/ml)
DHT 305 (160-660 pg/ml)
Estradiol 17 (20-75 pg/ml) This is for females as the male normal range was not listed.

On the other blood tests, everything was in normal range except Mean Platelet Volume (MPV), which was 7.2 (7.4-10.4). From what I've read, it is worse to have a higher than normal MPV than lower because that puts you at greater heart attack and stroke risk.

In my urine test, everything was normal except for the following: Urine was "cloudy" where it is supposed to be "clear"; I had 1-3 white blood cells in my urine where I'm supposed to have 0-1; and I had a "few" urates when I'm supposed to have "none".

It should be noted that I've been fighting an ear infection and have been on antibiotics.

Any feedback?
