I had a look at Lou's link, and I have actually seen it before. I wouldn't travel to the USA for surgery anyway, but plenty of useful info and pics on that site - thx.

My gyne is almost exclusively the 'gland' type. There would be little/no need for liposuction as theres no 'fat' worth a damn to remove. My gyne was about the same as it is now, or worse, when i was 10.7% body fat, and I don't have anything even approaching cellulite on any part of my body period.

Hopefully that would make the surgery a touch cheaper, but probably not much. Please keep the suggestions coming for Australian and possibly asian surgeons who arent ridiculously expensive, but do offer excellent work....

eg: Cryptochild - who was the surgeon in Melbourne, does he have a site etc.?
