Personaly, I think you'd add more mass from cycle #2... Cycle #1 is for simplicity and just leaves out orals.
At 5'5 at 185lbs, if you're around 15-16% bf you've done pretty damn well for yourself, I'd bet you'd pop well over two bills on either cycle!
