Default Re: D-bol during PCT?

Good stuff, and dennis i think i'll copy your post and keep it in my "next cycle" file for reference....I'm a little curious why you take the var for those seven weeks in the mid-latter part of the cycle, can you expound on that a little? And ooohhh yes....i am a lucky man

The phosphatidylserine is a great idea, i had actually forgotten about that stuff! I have tried it in the past, and felt like it was a waste of $ but that was when i was dealing with "normal" levels of Cortisol so i can see that with the elevated levels post cycle that it could be of a much greater benefit so I'm adding it to my list of stuff to get for next time. Like I said, i want to get this PCT done "by the book" so i have something to compare to for next time.

Now before i give up completely on this idea, let me say that returning to hormonal balance is NOT the ONLY goal of a successful PCT. To me, creating a transitional period to minimize muscle loss and maintain motivation and focus is another, albeit lesser goal as well. I am
Maybe it is wishful thinking, but i am going to research this in greater detail and depth before i give up on the idea completely.
That being said, I have great respect for the knowledge you folks have shared and right now I feel like it's probably a bad idea to include the D-bol in my next PCT. Especially since i am 40 now and I am sensitive to the fact that it may be a bit harder to get my tatural test levels back on track. But I may learn something in the process, so not a complete waste of time, right?
