I'm not an expert in this, but 15 weeks for an 8.5% person seems a bit steep imo. I think even 12 weeks would be much, but I can't say for sure since I've never been 5%-6% myself (iirc the best I reached was probably 7%-8%). Some people I've seen through the years suffered from peaking way too early.
