In my first book, I cited a study shoing that rodents who had their pituitary removed (I think) and were unable to secrete
growth hormone (as I recall) were given Dbol, and received 0 anabolic effect. That suggests (to me) that Dbol's effects are largely based on
GH (and
IGF) secretion. It's in my Dbol profile in my first book, and I don't even have a copy to look at right now to tell you what it's about...
If someone has it, maybe they can cite it and tell us what it says...
