Re: Need Advice on how to proceed
I realize this is a smorgusborg if u will - the only reason i have these right now is becuase a friend got stuck with them and wanted to get rid of it.
I understand that i dnt know the first thing about putting a cycle together thats why im here asking questions.
I am currently 208 with 12% body fat. i run 2-4 miles 4 or 5 times per week and train aaprox 1.5-2 hrs in the gym 5-6 days per week.
I guess my goals are pretty simple - put on some weight (10-15lb) and increase my strength without having liver failure.
I have been working out on and off for most of my adult life. Have been in the gym serious again for about 6months now.
My bench is about 300 (4th set 5 reps) at least thats what i did last wednesday.
Squat 350 or so depending on number of sets.
im not an idiot here i understand this is an unconventional way of obtaining a cycle but at the moment its what i have and id like to make the best of it - if its possible.
