I used
test e by it self at 250mg every 5 days and honestly i got great results that i was very happy with, You could even do it every 3 days if you want. You need to use the nolva thou have it before you start your cycle in case you get gyno even thou its a lite dose at 250mg that chance is there you dont know who your body is going to react to the
