aas, just think, if you ate 6 meals a day and gained a lot of weight from the start, should you be eating the same amount of food now? you need to adjust to your current size. When i first strated, I could gain on 4-5 meals, now to see the same results, I will eat 8-9 sometimes even 10 times a day (waking up just to have a shake) because I have gained so much weight.
