 trap problem :(
My left trap is getting noticibly larger then my right. I think this is due to me using a mixed grip on deads. I don't train my traps directly. So to fix this do you guys think I should 1. try to use the opposite mixed grip on deads or 2. just start training my right trap directly? any suggestions?
