Yeah I had the same issues, because of my work I do alot of centerdrilling/machining ect so my right forearm/shoulder is over developed compared to the left side. What I did with deads is to do all three warmup sets, and when I do burnouts I always use the opposite mixed grip as my heavier sets. When I go real heavy on deads though I cant use the opposite mixed grip its just way too weird feeling and tweaks my left shoulder.
