Tough call bringing it back with him in the U.S. I assume?
After all that has gone on lately is it worth it? Finding it on him can be a problem!
You are better off ordering it internationally or even have him try to mail it to you! At least at that rate neither he, nor you will be in danger other than a letter, which you can ignore.
