Well I am glad to know that you will be getting it worked on. I would definitely consider getting that Spyware Terminator as well. That thing is awesome. It has real time antivirus and an antivirus scanner built in. So you could scan for spyware and antivirus at the same time.

It is free and not a trial version so I would advocate anyone to get it.
