Do what big bench said and lift heavy for strength 6-8 reps.
People who were fat as children sometimes never completely get rid of fat and saggyness around chest and waist. Especially when they loose it very quick.

What you said in your first post ""what to do to burn this fat i have away quick." concerns me because I bet you lost your 50 lbs very quick which leads to problems. The problems you are experiencing today.
