thought i'd check in and see what was happening after a long ( 2 year?) absence.

quick update on me - i've quit the bodybuilding lifestyle and now maintain a "men's health" physique, and currently work as a high net worth financial adviser the last year, after a year as a mortgage adviser (residential and commercial)
