Start at 2iu ED for 1 month so you can get past the initial sides. Usually sleepiness, and some numbness in the hands.
Start ramping up and now do 5iu EOD.
After another month, 10 EOD.
I have been using 10iu EOD for a very long time.
I would say you dont "cycle" gh you live on it.
