(1) in the date column, put in the date and time when you are taking a cap of dnp
(2) in the corresponding dose column, put in the appropriate amount of dnp POWDER in the cap that you just ingested in step 1

(3) the spreadsheet should monitor / calculate your dnp level at any point in the future. To estimate at some point beyond your last dose, just input the date and time you wish information on, put the next dose at zero, and you should see the dnp level within your body at that time.

Note that this spreadsheet has not been filled out through eternity. I should do pretty well for tracking ~20 doses, after that, you will need to extend the spreadsheet to permit more inputs, AND you must continue to build the calculation cells out to the right. Simply follow the trend already in place and you should be fine. For any requesting assistance, let me know. Unfortunately, I had to shorten the workbook considerably to allow it to fit into meso's attachment regulations. by email I should be able to provide the entire file, and to check others files as necessary.

Hope this helps ... and remember, there is NO substitute for common sense. a model in the hands of someone who doesn't understand the model is DANGEROUS. please make sure you understand the calculations before relying fully upon the model for information.

Been lookin for this excel spreadsheet for a while now... going to run my 4th DNP cycle
