If it has anything to do with your scrotum being too loose, you may wish to consider botox, which has become popular according to my urologist. I would never resort to it, but you seem disenchanted with something down there, so it may be worth considering.

My scrotum looks so good that sometimes I am tempted to share the view (with opposite xx), I do not think it was any better 50 years ago.
First of all it feels alive, normal, sometimes tighter other times loose, much better than totally tight, no balls, on
Androgel without HCG.
Just so you know, my scrotum was loose and lifeless when I was on small dose of HCG 250iu E2D), it got better with larger dose.
