I did thought about it (and actually wanted to hear that) but I was seeking a more professional opinion before doing so

. To be honest, I didn't know if I was the one in fault or if he was. There seems to be this aura of "I have a PhD in kinesology therefore I'm untouchable when it comes to programs" stuff sticked to EVERY trainers. Therefore, no matter what, he's got a better knowledge than me because I'm just coming back to the gym.
This is how the gym works. I just cannot say "you're fired" and that's all. They are going to try and "work the problem out" even though I already went through the process once. Thankfully, my membership ends in October, so if anything goes wrong, I just have to switch gyms.
It's ridiculous that I have to go through almost a therapy-like session just to quit a coach (I'm talking about the establishment, not just packing my stuff and leave).
Oh yeah, the icing on the cake was when I wanted to do shrugs and got told that the traps were not that important for a "proper healthy body".
