Default Weight Gain Help needed....HELP!

Hey all I need some help....

I have been lifting for about 10 years on and off and am very familiar with the bulking diet or so I thought. I started my first AAS cycle and I am currently on week 3 of 500mg/wk Test-E/ D-bol cycle and I havent gained a single pound! All of my lifts have gone up considerably, I had to cut the d-bol from 40mgs per day to 30 mgs per day due to severe back pumps, and I am using Galenika Test Depot. I am also using .25 mgs of Arimidex ED. I currently weigh 218 pounds. I did however start the cycle around 14% BF and am now down to 12%.
Is it possible that I need to eat more? Heres a sample day for my diet. Some days it more and cleaner, sonedays it may be slightly less but not by much. Please critique and help me out if you can. I also know that my gear is legit as my friend and I are using the same gear from the same supplier bought at the same time and he is up like 6 pounds already.....We hit the gym hard 5 days a week. Bench has gone from 205 x10 3 sets to 245 x 10 3 sets. I just dont know what Im doing wrong and I want to take full advantage of my cycle.

Help Me!!!

Meal 1 - 05:00am - Bowl of cereal with .5 cup milk
Dymatize Elite Protein shake
Meal 2 - 09:00am - 1 cup of Oatmeal
6 Egg whites
Dymatize Elite Protein shake
Meal 3 - 11:30am - 1 chicken breast
1 can of green beans
1 cup of white rice
Dymatize Elite Protein shake
Meal 4 - 1:30 pm - 1 can tuna
1 baked potato plain
Meal 5 - 5:00pm - 1- 8 oz steak
.5 cup mac n cheese
1can green beans
1 potato
Workout 6:00pm - 8:00 pm

Meal 6 - 8:15 pm - 1 cup lowfat yogurt with tablespoon Peanut Butter
