Re: Weight Gain Help needed....HELP!
I drink about 1.5 gallons os water per day. I have decided to add a meal replacement shake in between each meal for a total of 3 additonal meals(calorie wise) If anyone else can give me some input on why i might not be gaining, please chime in. I can definitely see that I am growing in my arms and shoulders, and actually today I broke my 220lb plateau, but it seems to be taking an awful long time.....shoud i just eat everything in sight? I am also concerned about BP as mine has risen with my first cycle,,,,,, was 120/80 and now hovers around 138/90 regularly.....should i be concerned? i think after week 4 when i drop the d-bol it may drop a little also.......
