Taxi is too pricey and forget the bus, It will take me 2 hours just to get there, I know, I've done it. So until I can get back my license I'll still use the gym I'm currently going to. A barbell is a barbell afterall .
I did try a no carbs/mod proteins/high fat diet but after 4 days, I couldn't even train. I knew of the side effects of ketosis but it was more than that, I was actually dizzy a whole lot while training and had to stop after only 3 sets which was ridiculous. And my cardio was awful, I did 4 minutes and I almost fainted. Anyway, after watching Ripped To Shred and Relentless, I really feel motivated about having good eating habits. | Sounds like you did the low carb diet correctly..when done that way you will feel like shit for the first week..then the body kicks into over drive and feeds like crazy off your fat reserves. You might try it again sometime but eat a bad carb right before you lift to give you an energy boost.
