Default LH levels for normal T levels NOT on TRT

Hi guys

Wondering what the LH values for the avg guy with healthy T levels NOT via TRT. The range is 2-9 where I get mine tested. Do they typically fall in that category? I know it varies, but overall is it in that range?

I have had T levels in low 400s (241-847 rr) and my LH is around 3....been around these numbers since Mar 05 I know my testicles function cuz I pregnated my wife last year Mar 07 and now again last month (i know crazy..but we are excited!)

However, my libido is still pretty damn low. I believe I found out reason of low T and low LH...due to Tea Tree oil shampoo I started using in Sept 04...a few months later my drive took a major dive and few months from there got my first T readings taken and were in low 300s.

Anyways, used TTO shampoo (found to be endrocine disruptor...mimics estrogen and antiandrogenic properties) for 3yrs and stopped a year ago when I found this out. I've since lost 20lbs and toned up much of my body (5'9" from 195lbs to 174lbs). My drive is still pretty low and erections suck. And I have gyne like tissue in my chest.

Plan is to get Tamoxifen to start up my HPTA which was never shut down but definately not utilized properly. Hoping Tamox will start increase my LH and thus get the 'ole testes working full capacity. 20mg a day (10 am 10 pm) for 3 months is my thinking..and taper off towards end.

Any insight? Plan to get the script this Thursday..hopefully won't be a problem with the Dr. as he believes my low T is reason for my issues and has offered TRT along with Adex and Nolva...only chose not to cuz wife and I wanted to conceive and I didn't want to complicate things.

Sorry for long post.

Thanks!
