there are so many issues here that it would be too hard to sort them out without labs. Read the sticky thread in this forum to get a list of labs to assess the
TRT issues. Ask your doc if you could look at both the neurotransmitter side and the hormonal issues. I agree something strange is going on. Keep coming back and good luck.
