I cannot find any imfo on this subject , but it is a common method of birth control used on beef cattle farms where the testies are pushed up into the stomach cavity and a rubber ring is put around the scrotum to stop them dropping down again. Now I am not sujesting men should use the rubber ring bit as ther are other ways of doing this. Male animals that have had this proceedure done have the same sex drive and size as a entire bull and can be run with female cows and not get in calf . I know this because I am a ex beef farmer.
It is a proven fact that the testies must be a degree or two colder than the body temperature to produce live sperm and this problem arrises with some sports men that wear tight pants and underwear, so this would be another way of lowering the sperm count.
