Yikes, I was deficient according to LabCorp, took Carlson Vitamin D (4k IU capsules, time three; the Cod Liver Oil!), and then re-tested above mid range according to Quest. I now only take 4k IUs per day.
Should I be concerned? I've got enough other shit to be concerned about. This sounds a little over the top to me. Vitamin A antagonizing D. Dr. Mariano told me to take mega high doses of both at the same time.
