Should I be concerned? I've got enough other shit to be concerned about. This sounds a little over the top to me. Vitamin A antagonizing D. Dr. Mariano told me to take mega high doses of both at the same time.

I've always use LabCorp for self treatment blood work because it's what I can get through LEF, HealthCheckUSA, etc. When I first checked my D3 it was only 19ng despite taking WalGreen's type vitamins. With 4,000iu oil based D3 I only got 34ng. It takes a whole lot more to get to the 60-70 range Dr. Davis recommends. Most everyone over on Davis's TrackYourPlaque.com is taking 6-8,000iu or more. I am taking 9,600iu absolutely every day using Healthy Origins oil based D3.
On the vitamin A topic, I take the Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate Man everyday (2 tabs). With that my vitamin A level is just a freckle over range. If I were to take cod liver oil or an additional vitamin A supplement I would probably be officially at toxic levels.....way over range.
Dr. Cannell is pretty much in with the top levels of vitamin D researchers. If he says there is something coming down as far as taking D with A....it gets my attention.
