1cc of each every Monday and Thurs. or every 5 days depending on who you talk to. I like Monday AM and Thurs PM this is like 3 and 1/2 days in between. Makes it east to remember.
Since your
Deca is 300mg/ml you may want to use 3/4 or so of a cc
Run it for 10 12 weeks

Eat 250-300 grams protein, 400 grams complex carbs
Train (not workout) 4 sets small body parts 6 sets large body parts 6-10 reps. keep strict form and squeeze as much blood as you can into the muscle.
