Sounds like me, I'm worse off then you though..... About 6 months ago I was 275 and fricken huge. Long story short I got injured, ran out of money and got a job that blows so I can't eat right all the time. I'm like 240 now. I still can't train normally due to 2 different injuries. I don't even go to a gym cause I'm so low on cash. I ran out of
test and had to come off with NO PCT for 6 weeks. I'm only now getting back on. Bascially all I do is deadlift and squat. My chest is torn, my wrist is fucked up..... just be happy you're not injured.
