No problem with that diet. May want to try some over the counter products. Nano Vapor or Super Pump 250 seem to work pretty good.

Yeah this board is very helpful and not just the steroid forum. Cruise through the rest of Forums when you get a chance. Shit loads of info on training, diets, and overall health. Perfect place for a beginner to do research. Not to mention the mods on this board set firm guidelines and most everyone one the board respect that.
