Can you get that sawn back together and throw sound pepides at it?{too much $$$$?!}
I pulled my pec last year a couple of days before I was due to fly out to thailand for a holiday
We did'nt know how bad it was {cos I was to bulked up and the swelling}
But it did need surgery,I think it's to late now,sometimes I get bad cramps in it like it is got to tear some more.
But I work around it
You might need that arm in the futher,it's no good getting someone in a head lock when you can't pound them with the other arm
What do you think caused the tear to begin with?
